How to book

To book for any of the overnight trips please follow the following procedure:

1. DOWNLOAD REGISTRATION FORM
   Click here to download the registration form

2. COMPLETE YOUR DETAILS
   Complete your registration form (which comprises a medical section and a liability section) along with your non-refundable deposit (see Deposit Payment Options below). Post or fax your registration form to:

Cancellations

Cancellations received more than 12 weeks before the start of the trip will receive a refund in full. Thereafter there is a fee as follows:
 

• 6-12 weeks before the trip:  $200
• 4-6 weeks before the trip: 25% full trip fee
• 2-4 weeks before the trip: 50% full trip fee
• Less than 2 weeks before the trip: 100% full trip fee
