Walpole to Denmark 2009

This part of the track takes in both the majestic tingle forest as well as long deserted beaches, magnificent bays, and spectacular coastal cliffs. More challenging than Albany to Denmark, this 125km stretch includes some stiff climbs, undulating dunes and sandy beaches. You’ll also experience the wonderful Frankland River, Rame Head and Boat Harbour. Worth the effort! A 9 day trip with 7 days walking.

Albany to Denmark 2009

Albany-Denmark Walk this beautiful stretch of the Bibbulmun Track, taking in the dramatic southern coastline. Covering a total distance of approximately 75km, this walk is easier than the Cape to Cape, and still offers fantastic walking with brilliant wildflowers. Starting from the Bibbulmun track terminus in Albany we walk through the town and then along Princess Royal Harbour before we head over the ridge to walk above the southern ocean.
