For Payments via Cheque or Direct Deposit:
1. If you haven't done so already, complete the electronic registration form at the bottom of this page and click 'submit'. Alternatively you can download and print the Pdf version (click here) and send via post.
2. Pay your deposit
For extended tours, you can reserve your position with a $350 deposit (unless otherwise indicated) if booking more than two months in advance. The balance of the payment is required 2 months before the start date of the tour or immediately if booking within two months of the tour start date. For day walks or paddles, please pay the entire amount due.
For payment by cheque or direct deposit please see the relevant section below. If you would like to make a credit card payment, please do so by clicking the relevant "buy now" box on the Book Now page. Please note that you will still need to fill out the registration form (below).

Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully before you book:
■ More than 12 weeks before the trip: full refund
■ 4 - 12 weeks before the trip: Loss of deposit
■ 2 - 4 weeks before the trip: 50% full trip fee
■ Less than 2 weeks before the trip: 100% full trip fee
Travel insurance is recommended to cover the possibility of cancellation.
There are no refunds available for short tours or day trips.
