Normal Cancellation Policy – in force once all state borders are open.
More than 12 weeks: $50 administration fee
between 42 & 84 days inclusive: loss of deposit
between 24 & 41 days inclusive: 25% of full tour cost
between 15 & 23 days inclusive: 50% of full tour cost
14 days or less: 100% of full tour cost, no refund
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy – in force as of the 16th March 2020.
If you are unable to travel to the start point of your tour due to government restrictions, if you cancel your tour;
- more than 84 days from the start of your tour, you will incur a $50 administration fee.
- between 83 and 8 days inclusive prior to the tour, we will transfer any monies paid as a credit towards another departure, within 12 months of the cessation of travel restrictions.
- 7 days or less prior to the tour – no refund or credit, except in situations where the travel restrictions were enacted within this 7 day period, in which case you will retain credit for all monies paid, to be used within 12 months of the cessation of the travel restrictions.
If you cancel your tour and there are no current travel restrictions in place for your travel destination, our usual policy will remain in force.
Private Tour Bookings: Private group tour bookings do require a deposit at the time of booking, per person; per tour and are subject to the terms and conditions presented to each group.

It’s been a rough few months with moving guests to other departures and processing cancellations so bear with us. We’re sorry if it’s taken longer than usual for us to get back to you.
For those of you who booked prior to the 16th March 2020, and have already paid a deposit and you wish to cancel within 12 weeks of your tour, we can only issue you with a credit at this time. We understand that it is a tough time for many, so please don’t panic, we will assist you where we can so just flick us an email.
