We are seeking a tourism professional to join our (just south of) Fremantle based team, as our West Australian operations manager.

At the core of this role is your ability to;

Lead, coach, develop and manage a team of world class tour guides.
Solve problems on your feet.
Be relentlessly focused on details and forward planning.
Use your experience and empathy towards guests and guides, to continually refine our tours.

This role is office based, however, with lots of opportunities to travel to throughout Western Australia (and further if you want).
