How to book

To book for any of the overnight trips please follow the following procedure:

1. DOWNLOAD AND PRINT REGISTRATION FORM
   
2. COMPLETE YOUR DETAILS
   Complete your registration form  along with your deposit (see Deposit Payment Options below). Post or fax your registration form to:

3. PAY DEPOSIT: Unless otherwise indicated, a  $200 deposit is required for trips of more than 2 nights.
   • Paying by Cheque? Please make all cheques payable to ‘Inspiration Outdoors’
   • Paying by Direct Bank Deposit?

Cancellations

Cancellations received more than 12 weeks before the start of the trip will receive a refund in full. Thereafter there is a fee as follows:

• 8-12 weeks before the trip: $200
• 4-8 weeks before the trip: 25% full trip fee
• 2-4 weeks before the trip: 50% full trip fee
• Less than 2 weeks before the trip: 100% full trip fee

Travel insurance is recommended to cover the possibility of cancellation.
