Inspiration Outdoors “Win a Tasmanian Adventure” Competition Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The competition is open to all attendees of the Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show who visit the “Australian Idyll” exhibit presented by Platylobium’s Landscape Design. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and must fill out the competition entry form on the Inspiration Outdoors website. Employees of Inspiration Outdoors, Platylobium’s Landscape Design, and other partners involved in the exhibition or the competition, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
- How to Enter: To enter, participants must visit the “Australian Idyll” exhibit at the Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show and complete the competition entry form available on the Inspiration Outdoors website. Entry requires providing contact information. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- Competition Period: Entries will be accepted from the opening of the Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show on March 20th, 2024, until the close of the show on March 24th, 2024. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be considered.
- Prize: The prize consists of one seat on an Inspiration Outdoors Tasmanian tour. The prize includes the cost of the tour only; travel to and from the tour start and end points, personal expenses, and any other costs not explicitly included in the tour description are the responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. The travel time will be within the next 12 months of the competition ending and is subject to availability and our general booking terms and conditions.
- Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place within two weeks following the close of the Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone, using the contact information provided at entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner or pick a replacement winner.
- Publicity: By entering this competition, the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Inspiration Outdoors may require. This includes, but is not limited to, using the winner’s name and image in promotional material.
- Data Protection: Personal information provided by entrants will be used by Inspiration Outdoors, Platylobium and its affiliates for the purpose of conducting the competition and for marketing purposes. All personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
- Limitation of Liability: Inspiration Outdoors is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues or any other reason beyond the control of Inspiration Outdoors.
- Changes to the Competition: Inspiration Outdoors reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of Inspiration Outdoors’ control.
- Governing Law: The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
- Acknowledgement: By entering this competition, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
