Hi, I’m Cammie Pilon, and I’ve been proudly guiding walking tours across Australia with Inspiration Outdoors for the past 12+ months. From the red gorges of Karijini to the wild coastline of Kangaroo Island, every step has deepened my love for showing people the best of this incredible country.
In just over a year in the industry, I’ve helped lead and support tours in Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria, Tasmania, and Queensland — gaining hands-on experience in diverse terrain, climates, and ecosystems.
My tour guiding experience includes:
• A full guiding season in Karijini & Ningaloo Reef, WA
• Multiple walks across Kangaroo Island, SA
• Exploring Victoria’s High Country, the Grampians, and the Great Ocean Walk
• Supporting tours in Tasmania’s wild east
• Assisting in Queensland’s Scenic Rim Trail
I’ve just completed the seasonal setup for our Karijini and Ningaloo camps and am diving into another full season here. One of the best parts of the job? Getting to guide alongside my husband and best friend, Dan — we make a pretty great team out on the trail.
Whether it’s watching the sun rise over the Pilbara or spotting wildlife on Kangaroo Island, I feel lucky every day to be part of our guests’ journeys.
