Rachelle Uhlmann
Hi, I’m Rachelle Uhlmann. With a Bachelor of Science majoring in Ecotourism and over 15 years in the travel industry, I’ve dedicated my career to creating meaningful, nature-based travel experiences across Australia. I’ve guided hundreds of walking and touring adventures, designed and delivered hundreds more itineraries, and worked closely with nearly 1,000 suppliers and vendors to bring each journey to life.
My expertise spans every corner of tour operations — from guide recruitment and training, to fleet management, permits, licensing, stakeholder engagement and partnerships. I’m passionate about product development that’s grounded in market and feedback analysis, and love refining experiences so they’re as seamless and enriching as possible.
At Inspiration Outdoors and Intrepid, I continue to focus on designing immersive, well-supported tours that celebrate Australia’s wild beauty while ensuring exceptional on-the-ground execution.
